The course will begin promptly at 10:00 am and end at 5:00 pm at “Delta Arsenal”. The second day class will begin promptly at 9:00 am and end at 3:00 pm at “Delta Arsenal”. Class registration is done before the date on link provided below. This license allows you to carry your firearm in New York City & New York State! Students will be provided with a pen, personalized pencil, 1 passport photo, 1 notepad, 2 NRA Books, Notary Service, and forms needed to complete NYC Licenses course. In classroom we will complete NYC 17 page online application. Laws and procedures when carrying firearm in NYS.
